Our Process

Our process begins as soon as you submit the consultation form below, which includes a spot for photos of your space. Depending on your needs, we may suggest a phone call, video chat, or in-person visit to assess and identify your goals.

Organization, The Obsessive Way

Here’s what you can expect out of a session:

  • Customized Systems: We design a tailored organization plan that fits your lifestyle and is easy to maintain.
  • Decluttering Assistance: We help you decide what to keep, sell, or donate, ensuring your home remains clutter-free.
  • Reuse & Repurpose: We creatively repurpose items you already own to achieve your organizational goals.
  • Space Maximization: We rearrange the layout within closets and cabinets to maximize space.
  • Folding & Rehanging: We take care of folding and rehanging items for a neat and tidy finish.
  • Product Recommendations: Upon request, we suggest products to enhance your organizational setup.

Session Details

  • Minimum Session: Each session is a minimum of 3 hours, maximum of 4 hours, and begins as soon as we arrive.
  • Breaks: A 15-minute break is included in each 3-hour session.

The Fine Print

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancel with at least 48-hour notice: No fee.
    • Cancel within 48 hours: Charged for half the hours.
    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours): Full session charged.
  • Safety & Conduct: We reserve the right to withdraw if unsafe conditions are present, or if the client breaches the agreement.

What We Don’t Include

  • Cleaning Services: Our service does not include cleaning of any kind. For best results, we recommend pairing your session with a professional cleaning from Obsessive Cleaning if your space hasn’t been cleaned in the past month.
  • Product Purchases: While we can recommend products, purchasing them is an additional service and fee.
  • Item Sales & Trash Removal: We do not assist with selling items or hauling away trash/unwanted items.
  • Heavy Lifting: We do not move large furniture or lift items over 50lbs.
  • Donation Coordination: Coordinating donation pickups is not included.
  • Handling Soiled Items: We do not touch or deal with soiled or dirty garments.
  • High Reach Items: For items out of reach, please provide a step stool or ladder.
